LogistiCareis seeking high-energy Customer Service Representatives who are ready for a new exciting Career with their team! As a Call Center Representative you will be responsible for interacting with customers to assist in scheduling appointments, provide information in response to inquiries about our services. The Call Center Representative ensures the efficient and accurate entering of all requests using proprietary software as well as documenting complaints and issues while providing superior customer service to members.
